Nina                     Issidora   

Founded by Nina Butkovich-Budden in 2005, in the midst of the vintage fashion revival, it quickly became a must place to visit for all vintage devotees. In 2007 Nina welcomed Issidora, the only bona fide vintage makeup specialist and together they took London by storm.

They designed hair and makeup for Ray Davies' musical Come Dancing, Theatre Royal London, Sing When You're In Love single by The Enemy, The Potting Shed Finborough Theatre, Lulu Hackney Empire etc. They also appeared on BBC4 If Walls Could Talk, BBC1 Turn Back Time -The High Street, have worked with a range of photographers and stylists and their creations were published in leading fashion magazines such as Elle, Glamour, GQ Style Italy, InStyle, Kurv, The Telegraph Magazine, The Wound etc.

Nina, Issidora and the rest of their team appeared on the BBC's Children in Need show Celebrity Scissorhands alongside Lee Stafford and Steve Strange, as vintage hair and makeup experts , to help raise money for impoverished children.

Their collaboration with Marko Mitanovski was critically acclaimed.

At Mitanovski’s London Fashion Week debut in 2009, The Lady Macbeth, was crowned by their "fawn" look. The antlers designed by Nina have been subsequently worn by the celebrated singer Lady Gaga on her Monster Tour.

As well as being experts in makeup and hair styles from all eras, they are accomplished contemporary artists in their own right.

One of the biggest Aids charity events in the world, Life Ball in Vienna is where Nina has been collaborating with the celebrity hair stylist Danilo Dixon for five years, creating fabulous hair for fashion labels such as Agent Provocateur, Diane von Fustenberg, Calvin Klein, Kenneth Cole and The Blonds. Her celebrity clientele include Pamela Anderson, Paloma Faith, Sharleen Spiteri, Boris Johnson, Neneh Cherry, Marcella Puppini, Peaches Geldof to name but a few. Danilo and Nina also teamed up for The Kylie Minogue Show, broadcast on the UK's ITV Channel.

She has appeared on BBC Radio 4 Woman's Hour along side Nicky Clarke and on segments in The Richard and Judy Show, ITV1 This Morning and Lorraine Kelly.

Issidora's work is equally impressive.

Her collaboration with Goran Lazarevic-Ilicic resulted in stunning works of art featuring stars such as Grace Jones, Cris Jones and Philip Tracy designing hair and makeup for his Ascot Colletion 2010/11.

Her celebrity clientele include Grace Jones, Steve Strange, Ebony Gilbert, India Knight, Martina Topley – Bird and others.

She was a key expert in BBC1 Turn Back Time -The High Street on skin care and makeup at the time of WWII and style advisor for Bletchley Park Museum, wartime home of Allied code breaking.
